The story behind the Decaf Coffee... The Sumatra Decaf is processed with water only—it’s 100% chemical free and comes from two noteworthy regions: the mountains around Lake Tawar in the Aceh region of Northern Sumatra and the Litong area around Lake Toba. The Swiss Water Process gives the coffee a clean flavor that's nearly identical to regular coffee, as it retains much of its bittersweet chocolate and tobacco characteristics.
